This listing is for a private bedroom ONLY! The house is located within Mesa and close to the 202 Freeway. The neighborhood is extremely safe and quiet. This is a perfect location for someone looking to travel to Arizona to work or has the ability to work remotely. With high speed internet & a desk in the room you're feel extremely comfortable and right at home. You can also unpack everything into the dress & closet included in the room and cook a home cooked meal in the kitchen!

The house is a 6 bedroom 3 bathroom property and this room would share a bathroom with three other guests. The room comes with a dedicated electronic lock on your door to ensure you're private space is 100% private. The only other person who would have a code is the host and would only use it in emergency situations. Each room comes with a dresser, desk, chair, nightstands, lamps & the bed. The closet are mirrors will have hangers so you can hang clothes as well. The rooms are professionally cleaned prior to each stay. You'll also have access to the rest of the house which includes a family room, living room, dining room, kitchen & laundry room. These areas are shared among the guests and is professionally cleaned every other week. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the appliances & accessories needed to cook a meal. The living room has a 70 inch TV & the family room has a 55 inch TV both have Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, Disney +, Paramount & HBO all included!

You'll have access to the living room, family room, dining room, kitchen, laundry room, backyard & two bathrooms. The garage will be locked due to the hosts personal items inside.

I leave my phone number on the white board in the laundry room. If it's after 9pm, you may need to call twice to ensure my phone rings. I normally meet each guest who arrives and will show you around the house. If there is anything that you notice is missing or would be nice to have, don't hesitate to let me know!

Fees for unauthroized late checkout or overstays:
Up to 30 minutes late: $25 fee.
30 minutes to 2 hours late: $50 fee.

More than 2 hours late: Charged one full night’s stay at a nightly rate of $100, plus any additional costs incurred (cleaning, rescheduling, or compensation to incoming guests).

Legal Status of Overstays

Stays Under 28 Days:
Guests who remain on the property past their scheduled checkout without approval are considered trespassing and may be removed immediately by the host or local authorities.

Stays of 28 Days or Longer:
Guests who stay past their scheduled checkout without approval may be considered a holdover tenant, and formal eviction proceedings may be required. The guest will be responsible for all legal costs, additional nightly charges, and damages incurred during this time.

Important: Staying beyond checkout without prior approval disrupts operations, impacts other guests, and may result in legal action. Please communicate in advance if you need extra time to check out.
